Their acting really desperate and despicable in order to win - yes even by sleazy political standards (GOP no angels either). Their internal polling must be telling them some really bad news. Also, now Barry is 110% for anything gay and he just allowed almost 2 million illegals to come out and play (hopefully vote for him). Also numerous Gov't Agencies recently buying millions (in total) of hollow point rounds - for what/who?? Can't wait to read the rejoinder to my post (will likely be comedic 'GOLD').
Ok, but when will you talk about a lie Obama told? He had nothing to do with either of these statements. So again, Vote for Obama his lies are prettier. Where you get the millions of hollow points bullcrap I don't know. The Social security administration (which has 300 armed officers, who have full law enforcement authority, to make arrests and do legal investigations) buys them every year. These hollow points are standard ammo for police and law enforcement across the country. These same bullets are used in target practice and training by the National Marine Fisheries Service and Social Security. There is nothing new or unusual about those purchases other than the paranoia of the far right.
Oh, a quick note about the statement where President Obama is 110% for anything gay. So what. I don't care. As for the supposed 2 million illegals thing. Where in the hell to you get this stuff? At most maybe a couple of hundred thousand illegals will be affected by this executive decision. (It does not effect any current laws on the books.) If an illegal came to this country before he or she was 16, has lived here 5 years (and is a current resident) Must be in school have graduated from school or is in the U.S. military. Have no criminal record including 3 or more misdemeanors. Pass a background check and pay $465 dollars. Then they will receive a deferred action visa. They will NOT get the right to vote, or get citizenship. They will give them 2 years to apply for citizenship. I really doubt anyone will apply for it. But I hope they do. I think it's a good program. If you look through the history of my blog you will see that I didn't like many of the policies of President Bush. But I never called him Bushy, or Georgy Porgy. It was always President Bush.Have some respect for the office of the presidency. It's not an easy job. Look at the photos of those who took the office, and then the photos of them after they left. The job ages them. Please try to show a little respect. It's the civilized thing to do.
As for Obama lies - well he said he would be a one term President if the unemployment didn't improve. Instead he has become the Food Stamp Welfare King of America. He loves spending other peoples money - Federal Dept unsustainable. His Justice Department borders on a bunch of criminals (Fast & Furious plus not prosecuting Black Panther intimidating voters at polling place). Very divisive man. Told police they acted 'stupidly' when they arrested his friend who wouldn't ID himself when breaking into his own home. Said Trayvon Martin would be a son that looked like him. Yep, just your common man everyday American?? Also he has others write books about his life that turn out to be pretty much fiction. He doesn't even have a valid social security number. Although I think he was likely born in America, he may have become an Indonesian citizen or committed fraud by claiming to be a foreigner to get aid to go to those uppity universities. I believe most fraud offenses are felonies. Either way he has some gall calling for Romney and others to divulge all their records when this guy has employed an army of people to hid or misdirect his true origins/past. I mean who the heck is Barry anyway? Wow - we elected a community organizer?! I think the Presidency should have some minimum qualifications. Lastly his statement (coming from a guy who never held a real job) that nobody built anything on their own?? So is that code for his occupy crowd to just come in and steal working folks stuff. I know a lot of people who sacrificed and worked very hard for what they have!! I could go on and on but this guys time is up in November. Only way he wins is through massive voter fraud, and judging by his actions (and his minions) to date I have no doubt that he will try mightily (isn't the Chicago way - "vote early and vote often" Libs always laugh at that line, which I find sad - hows they have no respect for true democracy - power by any means). BTW - I think GOP is corrupt too - so i am not saying that Romney or whoever is going to make this place a paradise.
About the illegals, since they have obviously been using either invalid or stolen ID's, most likely multiple ones, just how would you know when and what age this people were when they got here?? How do they pass a background check? Do you run these checks with all their fake ID's or just pick one??? I guess you really haven't thought this through, but hey they vote Democrat so that is all that matters to you. Just admit it. We should just let every Third World person here and give them everything then want!! What harm could that be?? Maybe you should just adopt a few dozen yourself so that you will not feel you are a racist anymore. Oh on the Black Panther thing, the Bush administration is the one who chose not to prosecute. The Obama administration filed charges and the case is in process. Although the attorney general focused on Mr Shabazz as he had a billy club when attempting to intimidate voters. The right wing news organizations are just ignoring the fact that it was the Obama administration that filed the charges to begin with. The Bush administration was given the opportunity but failed to do their job. Please fact check a little before making bull crap statements like that.
One thing interesting about the GOP VP pick (Ryan) is his fascination with a popular writer - sort of philosopher named Ayn Rand. She was an ardent atheist who wanted to promote that materialism selfishness was not only ethical, but it should be done at all times. Sort of like the left's mantra, "if it feels good do it" just that Ms. Rand's version is to include selfishness and/or greed is the virtue. Isn't secularism so much better than those evil organized religions?? I see Ryan has since backtracked on his rabid devotion to Any Rand. I thought he was a Roman Catholic????
I tend to agree that Ayn Rand was a bit of an extremist in some of her views, but the material selfishness you are describing isn't quite what she had in mind. Her point was that taking care of yourself first, then taking care of others is a healthier way for society to work. She felt that a successful individual who had made their own life would be a better citizen and be better for the world. I tried reading some of her books and found them boring. I did watch an interview with her once (60 minutes I think.) that was fascinating. Oh and I don't know one person on the left (most of my friends) who have the attitude you describe. (If it feels good, do it.) Most however think that less government intrusion in their lives would be a good thing. Secularism, like organized religion can be good or bad. But I think too much religious fervor can lead to all sorts of stupidity. Just my opinion. Take it or leave it.
